The Air Force One Experience is a one-of-a-kind exhibit that gives guests a look into the world’s most famous plane. Feel the thrill of presidential travel as you immerse yourself in the luxury, the excitement, and the history of Air Force One. In this never-seen-before recreation, you’ll take an exclusive insider’s look at the iconic plane that travels the world as America’s flagship.
All along you’ll see and hear amazing things about our great nation. You’ll see incredible rare presidential artifacts - some from the days of Washington and Lincoln - and tour exhibits that will make you relive the fascinating progression of the democratic process. And finally, you’ll step foot aboard the airplane itself and walk down its hallway like the president!

Where is the Air Force One Experience located?
The Air Force One Experience is located at 701 National Harbor Blvd, National Harbor MD 20745. National Harbor is a 300 acre, mixed-use development on the shores of the Potomac River in Prince George’s County, MD about 8 miles south of downtown Washington, D.C.
How much does it cost? How do I buy tickets?
Adult - $30.00 Monday-Friday* / $35.00 Saturday & Sunday
Senior (65+), College or Military - $22.00
Child (Ages 5-12) - $15.00
*Adult tickets will be $35 each from December 22nd through January 1st
Tickets are non-refundable or exchangeable.
Is there an audio tour that accompanies the experience?
Yes, there is an audio tour which you can follow along on your smartphone. The tour is narrated by Chief Master Sgt. Howie Franklin, a former steward aboard Air Force One. The audio tour can be found at www.AirForceOne.OnCell.com.
Is the Air Force One Experience handicap accessible?
Yes, the Air Force One Experience is fully handicap accessible and there will be staff on-site that are more than willing to assist.
How long is the Air Force One Experience?
The Air Force One Experience takes about an hour to enjoy, but we welcome guests to spend as long as they’d like inside the exhibit.
Do I need a smartphone for the Air Force One Experience? What about headphones?
To best enjoy the experience, we recommend bringing a smart phone with an audio jack, and a pair of headphones. The audio tour is available online and can be found at www.AirForceOne.OnCell.com.
Are pets allowed inside the Air Force One Experience?
No pets are allowed in the experience, however, service animals are permitted. Please notify a Flight Crew member if you have a service animal.
Are food and drink allowed inside the Air Force One Experience?
No, there is no food or drink allowed inside the exhibit.

Parking for the Air Force One Experience is located at the South Pointe lot at National Harbor.

Does the Air Force One Experience close in inclement weather?
The Air Force One Experience will be open in all weather, except dangerous winds or local lightening, which may cause the attraction to temporarily shut down.
Is the audio tour entirely on the plane
The first part of the tour is outdoors, and appropriate cold weather attire is a must.
What if I missed my designated timeslot that I reserved online?
If you missed your timeslot, your ticket is valid any time the day it is purchased for. However, timeslots help control lines, so you might have to wait in line longer than if you arrived at the designated timeslot.
